Michael and his team were great. My Dad was one of Michael’s earliest clients in the late 90’s and he and my stepmom always were happy working with his team over the decades. So I’ve dealt with Michael and his team indirectly over the years. My wife and I decided to go with Michael and we are glad we did. Sold at a great/fair price and sold very quickly (under contract in 4 days from listing and closed in a month after). Leah did a good job to help me complete the first purchase in Ohio after about 20 houses viewings in 3 days and a few months back and forth negotiations with great patience to lock on that property. She is always responsive and considerate given the jet lag for communication during the closing process.
