Kip's roots run deep in Cleveland, where hockey and lacrosse shaped his competitive drive from a young age. He carried that passion through John Carroll University, earning a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship while playing hockey — a game he still plays today in a local men's league in Mayfield.

After college, Kip launched his real estate career in South Florida, where he discovered a knack for connecting people with their dream homes while coaching CrossFit and building deep roots in the community.

Now back home in Cleveland, Kip brings that same energy to every client relationship.
