Hi, I’m Eloise Seals — but most people call me Ella. I’ve proudly lived in Northeast Ohio my entire life, where I raised my family and now enjoy time with my three amazing grandchildren.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 40 years in the aerospace industry as a State Certified NDT professional. My role required strict adherence to state-regulated standard operating procedures, meticulous attention to detail, and clear communication with clients. Accuracy and accountability weren’t optional — they were essential. That foundation shapes the way I serve my real estate clients today.

After retiring, I returned to school to pursue a long-standing passion for real estate. I now serve buyers and sellers throughout Cleveland and the surrounding communities, guiding them through every step of the process with patience, clarity, and care.

I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone confidently navigate their first home purchase. I also love assisting sellers and move-up buyers who are ready for their next chapter.
