Tina Hivnor is a Managing Broker and REALTOR® for The Michael Kaim Team of Berkshire Hathaway Professional Realty, a nationally ranked and recognized Real Estate Team. She has been a licensed Realtor for over 30 years. She has her BSBA in Business Management from John Carroll University and has had her Brokers license since 2014.

Tina has been running her brother Michael’s Real Estate Team since its inception in 2002. They are second generation Realtors raised in the real estate business.

Her job? To help their agents reach their financial goals while taking the utmost care of the many customers and clients they work with everyday. She oversees the hiring, training, and coaching of the agents and staff. She handles the financials, manages the team’s back office, and coordinates the implementation of the systems that are helping their business grow.

In 2018, the Kaim Team helped 525 families move. They have 20 full-time Realtors and a staff of 12. They operate out of four of their Brokers 15 offices in the nine counties they service throughout Northeastern Ohio. They are a family first organization and believe in giving back to the communities where they were raised.

Tina and her husband, Scott – who is a Real Estate Appraiser – have 3 very active teenage children who all compete at a National level in their respective sports. It is a lot to juggle, but, she loves every aspect of the rather crazy real estate lifestyle.
